CONSTRUCTION

URBANcdm operates in the field of construction and renovation of buildings including commercial shops, residences, apartments, restorations of classic listed buildings with excellent manufacturing quality in a short time and at the lowest possible cost.

URBANcdm collaborates with civil engineers, architects, decorators and engineers, offering a complete package of services from obtaining the required building permit, drawing the architectural designs and to the completion of construction and also its furnisment. We offer “key in the hand” services.

In the last years a vast majority of our projects consist of renovating apartments or buildings to be listed in online booking platforms.

MAINTENANCE.

URBANcdm provides specialized services to prevent and repair electromechanical and building damages at the minimum cost through specialized techniques.

Maintaining the projects which it has carried out in good condition, as well as any other property which may desire/require this service. This is carried out through a process of regular inspections and repairs on a case-by-case basis.

At the same time it offers daily maintenance of apartments and residences that are rented through short term rental platforms, including cleaning, check in, check out, transportation and other special services.

URBANcdmhas been created by Vasilis Lafatis, who is also the central core of the company. He has been working in the field of construction for the last 20 years with great success. In 2018 he founded URBANcdm in order to secure his existing and new clientele a complete package of services.

He enhances himself through his close collaboration with specialists from the areas of architecture, interior design and technical companies, so that he can offer complete proposals and solutions to his clients.

The staff of URBANcdm is always in close cooperation with its customers to ensure the completion of their projects quickly and accurately.
